Opened in 1953, it is today one of the largest technical and scientific museums in Europe.
Located in the cloisters of a sixteenth century monastery, it covers an area of about 50,000 square meters.
At the Museum you can visit exhibitions and experience interactive workshops on energy, materials, communications, transport, energy and Space.
You can also appreciate the most important collection of historic models based on drawings by Leonardo da Vinci and get to know more about extraordinary objects such as the Toti submarine, the AC72 Luna Rossa catamaran, and the only Moon fragment exhibited in Italy.

On weekends and public holidays, enjoy a varied program of activities, events in Tinkering Zone, guided tours, and special happenings included in your admission ticket.
The activities of the Italian Game Developers Summit take place in the Hall of Columns, the ancient library of the monastery overlooking two charming Renaissance cloisters.
